Had a lesson today making a holder for my patterns. It was really good and fun to make, and would recommend the class to anyone who wants to learn to use their machine.

I had a 2 hour lesson today with Bridget and I made a drawstring bag. I have really struggled to make anything until today when Bridget taught me to make the bag. I have come away learning so much and can’t wait for my next lesson.

Great 2 hours making a tote bag today. Bridget and Karen are very helpful with plenty of tips along the way. I never thought I would be competent enough to produce a lovely finished article but the class makes it fun and easy. I will definitely be back next month!

Bridget & Karen

Bridget and Karen always make each session fun. I always come away extremely pleased with what I have made and even though I've been going on and off for a few years, I am still learning new things. Everyone is friendly and made to feel welcome and part of the group. It doesn't matter what level of experience you have you will still make amazing things with both Bridget and Karen who will guide you through.

Bridget & Karen

Thank you for my 1:1 tutoring Bridget. I have been showing off my draw string bag to everyone.

Really good class. Lots of advice from Karen & Bridget and really enjoyed the project they picked. Atmosphere was really good, everyone was friendly and welcoming. I don't have much sewing experience, so I was worried it would be too complicated but with help I managed to make a top within one session (just had to finish the hemming at home). The skills learned will come in very useful for other projects, I'm looking forward to the next session!

I made a bag organiser and 8 couldn't believe how great it turned out Bridget was really helpful and kind, can't wait to learn more

I am a complete novice to this course. Bridget and Karen are brilliant, there patience is amazing alongside their talent. It is a fun class with the added benefit of creating something new each time.

Prior to attending a group course I had a 121 session with Bridget and I'm so pleased I did! Not only is she an inspiring lady but I learnt so many tips that otherwise would have taken me a lot of trial and error. Very much looking forward to the group sessions and would highly recommend a 121 with Bridget for any level

I was nervous before going but I loved the atmosphere of the course. I felt it was just right for me who is not very advanced. We made a lovely purse bag and everybody was easy to chat to. I would definitively recommend and I will be going regularly. Thank you to Bridget and Karen for sharing their knowledge !

Excellent tutor and has been teaching me sewing for the last three years. I started with very basic sewing and have now progressed to intermediate and make lots of gifts for my friends and for the Macmillan Cancer Support annual coffee morning. Thank you Bridget would recommend you for beginners great patience5

I had a great experience with lovely Bridget. She was very friendly and helpful. She taught me a lot in such a short time. End of the session l came away very proud, with my beatiful bag made by me!
Thank you so much Bridget!

I went to this class yesterday for the first time and loved it. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. It was really an intermediate project rather than a beginners project but the others who had been going for a while helped me with the tricky parts and I am really excited to have made my own bag with a lining, zip and box corners. I think Bridget and Karen try to choose a project each month that practises a new skill and I am looking forward to the next one. It's definitely easier to bring your own sewing machine, but there is everything there that you might need or have forgotten. A great class overall!

This is a really laid back and friendly group. The tutors Karen and Bridget are so helpful and friendly, and whether your a complete beginner or dabbled with sewing a litttle, you will come out of each session amazed by your creations. I love attending when I can.
