"Sarah is a wonderful teacher, patient, kind and genuine. My Mum and had a bespoke class whilst we were visiting the area on a trip away, Sarah fitted us in and gave us plenty of time and encouragement to make items of our choice, showing the techniques to achieve the desired effect. Tea and home made biscuits were an added bonus :) As my work needed two firings Sarah even went the extra mile to personally hand deliver my work to me when passing the area, turning up on my doorstep with a smile. "I can thoroughly recommend this course. We spent a fantastic day at Charlotte's workshop, learnt lots of practical skills and produced some unique and rather lovely decorations. Charlotte was very welcoming and relaxed. She talked us through the various techniques really well and was on hand all day to guide us. We were treated to hot drinks and biscuits, mince pies and fruit. A very special day, something different and fun and we were really proud of our creations. We're booking again for next year :-) thank you Charlotte."

"Thank you we had a lovely morning starting with a warm & friendly greeting. Karen’s demonstrations & structions were very clear & easy to follow. The resources that were supplied were of good quality and with plenty of embelishments to choose from. We learnt a great deal and made some lovely willow decorations. We were given enough willow & rush reeds to make more at home – which between us we made a further 6 and lots of little stars with the leftovers. The refreshment were lovely too, tea/coffee, mulled wine (alcoholic & non alcoholic) with homemade cakes or mince pies. Sarah"

"A great way to spend a half a day learning basics of leather accessory making. Vajira is very knowledgeable and very flexible. The course provide all the tools, materials and patterns you need so I only just have to go and learn how to make small accessories. In the end you can have 4 small accessories made. It's so satisfying!! Quick response and worth for money as you will have knowledge and accessories made in the end. Definitely recommend this course."

"Great course with so much information you get about glove making. Vajira is a great teacher and explains everything so well and you can ask any question. She provides everything including patterns etc and describe and demonstrate very clearly. Also work according to students need. There aren't many glove making workshops across UK and this one is the best if you like to learn how to make gloves. It so therapeutic and you learn so much about glove making. Vajira is very friendly and has a great knowledge about glove making. I will definitely recommend this course to anyone who would love to make gloves. Definitely worth the money I spent on this course."

He is very kind natured, and as charming as his country home and wood-shop out in the New Forest. "I had a very enlightening and creative workshop day with Phil on Friday 8 December. I am an absolute beginner with encaustic painting but gained in confidence through excellent teaching and lots of enthusiasm from both of us! It was an exciting workshop and I left wanting to do more and explore ideas further. I will be going back for a more advanced class in the New Year which I am greatly looking forward to. I would recommend Phil's workshop to anyone wanting to try out encaustic techniques. It's a great way in to the possibilities of working in this way and excellent value for money."

"I booked the day course (for two) as a birthday surprise for my other half and we both thoroughly enjoyed the day. Graham is an excellent teacher, providing an informative and inspiring experience. He imparts the right mix of encouragement and instruction to give complete beginners the confidence to get stuck in. He seems adaptable; aware; knowledgeable; and experienced at engaging with people at the right level. We became completely absorbed in using the lathe and tools, and were delighted to come away with good-sized useable and attractive bowls. We acquired an awareness of the skills we need to progress, respect for the machine, tools and materials. We have the confidence to use the lathe my dad gave us. Most importantly, we felt genuinely welcome by a lovely couple. We came away from a fun day feeling relaxed, refreshed and enthusiastic about our ability to take up wood turning. We planned the Saturday into a weekend break, which was a real treat. In future we would also be happy to drive the 2 hours each way as the day is well worth it."

"We had such a great day with Lucy! I tackled a chair project I wouldn't have figured out on my own and learned lots of skills for future projects. The setting was picturesque and relaxed and Lucy was full of knowledge and a great teacher. The group of ladies on the day were lovely, and the homemade lunch and cake was delicious. "This stained glass making day was bought for me as a present. It exceeded all my expectations and I had the most brilliant day. Matt is an excellent teacher so that processes which might at first seem daunting we were all able to take in our stride. All on my course were able to produce stained glass pieces which were beyond our hopes and expectations and there was a huge sense of achievement at being creative in a new way. Those who dropped out of the course at the last minute don't know what they were missing! Thank you, Matt, for a totally fantastic day."
