"I have just completed the 10wk mixed level evening jewellery course, as well as the one day stone setting workshop. Bernard and Jane have been nothing but patient, helpful and encouraging. Their knowledge of jewellery, techniques, stones, shops and tools is incredibly extensive, and are on hand to answer any and every question! This, combined with their teaching capabilities made the course incredibly useful and enjoyable for me. I have learnt and made so much in the past 10wks, which wouldn't have been possible without their expertise and help. The workshop itself has a vast range of equipment and tools to help with whatever projects you may want to do. Bernard and Jane also sell silver, chains, some tools etc so everything is very accessible. There is plenty of space and tools in the workshop, and the atmosphere is very relaxed making it a really enjoyable environment to work in. As well as being taught the practical side of how to make things, the processes behind everything you do is also explained, so you understand the reasons behind what you are doing. This has really helped me gain confidence, understand the processes a lot more, and know which tools to use for the job. Whether you are looking to start a new hobby, improve on your skills or start a career in jewellery making, Bernard and Jane will do everything they can to help you achieve your goals. "I went to Catherine's soap making workshop with my daughter because we wanted to do a craft activity together for her birthday. We had a great time! Catherine is not only very knowledgable, but also very passionate about soap making. We learnt a lot, had fun and went home with gorgeous soaps, which not only look great but also smell heavenly. Some will be used for Christmas presents, but some we will keep for our own use. We are definitely hooked on soap making and will make our own soaps again in future"

"I’ve now done a few of Gigha’s workshops and can say that each one has been great fun. I’ve learnt a lot and started off as a complete novice. Gigha is very patient and an easy going tutor. She is there if you need one to one help but for those who have been before she lets you go and do your own thing. A very well organised workshop, lunch, coffee and sweet treats are very nice as well!"

My Mum and had a bespoke class whilst we were visiting the area on a trip away, Sarah fitted us in and gave us plenty of time and encouragement to make items of our choice, showing the techniques to achieve the desired effect. Tea and home made biscuits were an added bonus :) As my work needed two firings Sarah even went the extra mile to personally hand deliver my work to me when passing the area, turning up on my doorstep with a smile. "I can thoroughly recommend this course. We spent a fantastic day at Charlotte's workshop, learnt lots of practical skills and produced some unique and rather lovely decorations. Charlotte was very welcoming and relaxed. She talked us through the various techniques really well and was on hand all day to guide us. We were treated to hot drinks and biscuits, mince pies and fruit. A very special day, something different and fun and we were really proud of our creations. "Thank you we had a lovely morning starting with a warm & friendly greeting. Karen’s demonstrations & structions were very clear & easy to follow. The resources that were supplied were of good quality and with plenty of embelishments to choose from. We learnt a great deal and made some lovely willow decorations. We were given enough willow & rush reeds to make more at home – which between us we made a further 6 and lots of little stars with the leftovers. The refreshment were lovely too, tea/coffee, mulled wine (alcoholic & non alcoholic) with homemade cakes or mince pies. Sarah"

"A great way to spend a half a day learning basics of leather accessory making. Vajira is very knowledgeable and very flexible. The course provide all the tools, materials and patterns you need so I only just have to go and learn how to make small accessories. In the end you can have 4 small accessories made. It's so satisfying!! Quick response and worth for money as you will have knowledge and accessories made in the end. Definitely recommend this course."

She provides everything including patterns etc and describe and demonstrate very clearly. Also work according to students need. There aren't many glove making workshops across UK and this one is the best if you like to learn how to make gloves. It so therapeutic and you learn so much about glove making. Vajira is very friendly and has a great knowledge about glove making. I will definitely recommend this course to anyone who would love to make gloves. Definitely worth the money I spent on this course."
