Description

If you've grown up with pets, you will know how quickly they become a part of the family and how they really do 'touch your heart'. This pattern has been created to capture the playful nature of the cat as he reaches out for your heart. In this class, we will cover raw edge appliqué, sewing a flange and quilting. If you decide to create a cushion cover, you will also learn how to insert a zip. This doesn't have to be scary. You can book now for a self guided lesson, with video tutorials and a Facebook group for support. You will have access to the videos for both the cushion cover and the wall hanging. In the Facebook group, you will be able to share your photos and ask questions. I will be there to answer them and provide guidance with extra videos if needed. I have had a lifelong love of crafts which started when I was taught to knit at a very young age. It didn’t take too long to realise that great joy and satisfaction came from making things. It doesn’t matter if it’s something I’ve made or whether it’s when I teach someone else how to make it, I still get a thrill. That's why I love to share and pass on my skills and knowledge so that you can get the same pleasure and satisfaction from creating a gorgeous finished item.
