Come and rekindle your love of sewing with other like minded stitchers. Whether you need confidence to get back to making your own clothes or you are a relative beginner, you will find this class is a huge help! We will help you master making your own clothes that FIT you, be that daywear basics, trousers, working with jersey, making a lined wool coat , children's clothing , party dresses ... .we also have master classes in particular techniques so look out for those ... Bring your own pattern and fabric or choose from ours or bring an idea or bring your dressmaking problems ! Look forward to seeing you.

"Back again! This time to make a toile. I am making a jacket which I have put off for years after having some doubts about my abilities. Here was the opportunity to really learn a few new things. However, a great deal of time and patience was required of the tutor. I certainly got that in spades. Anyway, I've been guided along and now feel yes, I think this is actually going to work out. I will definitely be back if only to get help with the pockets!"

"A really good positive experience. Working alone has its difficulties when worried about the actual pattern, what sort of interfacing is needed, where to alter the darts, will this material suit the pattern, body shape etc. These queries can be answered here as you go along, so you can correct, alter and complete without throwing the garment in the corner! Plus, lets face it, its nice to have confirmation of 'so I was right then?' Wow! I have booked another course. "
