I spent a day with Georgie last week and found it enormously enjoyable and useful. I have some skills (cutting and hand-stitching) and have made a number of small leather items (belts, book covers and so on). I told Georgie in advance of the course that I wanted to move on to making bags as well as refreshing a number of important basic skills. She tailored the day very well for me, covering all of the issues I wanted to address. I was able to develop basic skills on the leather sewing machine and to construct a backpack using leather I had taken along. The bag has been a massive hit with my wife and a real boost to my cred as a maker in leather! Georgie was great fun to work with too - generous with her time and her skills. I heartily recommend!!
