Description

Join us for a fantastic day of peg loom weaving with Stephanie Fradette, the author of The Playful Pegloom, and create a beautiful woven vessel for your home. There has been a definite renaissance on how we interact with textiles, how we use it in the home and how we decorate with them. Looking at the ancient craft of peg loom weaving, you will learn a new and accessible way to incorporate textured and modern woven elements into your home by creating a woven planter. The versatility of this woven fibre vessel really makes this project. Whether you have an old plant pot that needs to get dressed-up or wish to use it to store the yarns for your next peg-loom project, it’s up to you! All tools will be provided for use during the workshop, and you will have a variety of quality yarns to choose from.
