About the Course
This is a thoroughly delightful way to spend a day.
I will show you how to use recycled paper/card and how to use a template to create your own sizes and shapes of beads.
During the morning you will learn how to cut, roll, fix, embellish and varnish your beads.
Bring any inclusions you wish to add to your necklace/bracelet you will make with your paper beads, such as items from old jewellery or a special letter you wish to incorporate.
The times are: 10 am start until 5pm finish. Lunch break timings depends on the group
If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above or telephone us. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.
What's included in the price?
Everything is included: tools, materials and the all essential brew and a biscuit. I have designed a kit which you will use at the workshop. You will have the option to purchase a kit at the end.
There are enough materials for you to create a strung necklace (one or three strands, depending on how quick you are) with spacer wooden, glass, metal or plastic beads (LOADS to choose from!) and a bracelet using memory wire.
You will be able to create 3 'Pandora' style charm size beads but additional silver plated findings and or sterling silver earring findings are extra.
A light lunch is included of home made soup and roll.
Class sizes have a maximum of 5 so you can be assured of personal attention throughout.
