Mosaic workshop in Hornsea coastal town

About the Course
This is a relaxed and therapeutic one day workshop is held at the Boathouse, Inshore rescue building, Sea front in the popular seaside town of Hornsea. You will learn how to create your own mosaic using an easy basic technique.
No experience or artistic ability is needed as you may either choose one of Tamar's original designs to follow or create your own design. You will work your mosaic onto a board that you will be able to take home at the end of the day to hang on your wall and receive a printed information sheet so that you can continue and develop your new skills at home or return to do a different mosaic project.
There will be a large selection of coloured glass tiles to choose from and you will learn different mosaic styles to help you achieve a pleasing result. The class size will be small, no more than 7, so you will get plenty of individual attention if you want it. I now offer different projects such as a log, clock, chair, spade, a piece of York stone and some 'one off' articles that I pick up like a small table or tray. Not everyone has to do the same project - you can choose.
If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above or telephone us. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.
