Coralie Turpin is an Artist with over 30 years experience in making mosaics and Public Art in the City and beyond. Express yourself using the wonderful art of mosaic making using a wide range of high quality porcelain, glass, natural and found materials. Create your own idea in this mixed ability, freestyle mosaic class for your home or garden or as a gift. Or take part in the monthly new skills project which differs each month. Coralie studied Fine Art Sculpture BA(Hons) and has been working as a professional artist for 28 years. She has a great deal of experience in running workshops and gently encouraging both beginners and more experienced makers to bring their ideas into reality. Creating both public and private pieces to commission, recent clients have been student accommodation developers, Aldi, Scottish Widdows, many schools and community groups. Coralie teaches mosaic in her working studio in Sheffield

Coralie explained all the techniques required to produce a mosaic piece & was always on hand with advice & suggestions if I needed it as well as supplying us with cups of tea & biscuits! The studio is equipped with all the tiles you cold possibly want and lots of books for inspiration if you don't arrive knowing what you want to make. I would totally recommend this course to anyone wanting to have a go at mosaic making."

"I wanted to try something new and did this workshop. I really like doing very precise detailed work and this was so much fun! The space was big and bright. The other participants very friendly and Coralie and her partner very caring, helpful and friendly. During the whole session, Coralie was very helpful, shaping the tiles, gave good advice and told us a lot about mosaics. It was really hard to choose my project as there were so many beautiful tiles to choose from. I had a really good time and I will continue with this really fun craft! Thanks Coralie and Jason"
