Make a silver ring: one-to-one workshop
This 2.5 hour, one-to-one workshop takes place in my little rustic workshop in Hanwell, West London - affectionately known as “The She Cave”. You will receive step-by-step tutoring on how to make your own decorative sterling silver ring, or set of three stack rings, which you'll be able to wear on your way home! This is a great gift for a loved one or friend, or even a treat for yourself! Please get in touch via the 'Ask a question' form above to arrange a suitable date and time. Please note that full refunds can only given with a minimum of 14 days notice. If the notice is less than 14 days, you will not receive any refund for this course. You will learn: How to size and measure your piece of silver How to use a saw effectively How to create texture How to solder How to polish/finish No previous experience in metal working is needed, just an enthusiasm to learn! Please note: The workshop takes place in my small garden studio, which can only accommodate one student at a time. Unfortunately, there is no disabled access. Over 16s only.

After working as a sports physiotherapist for many years, Angela decided to explore her love of making and returned to part-time education. In 2009, she completed a Foundation diploma in Art & Design at Chelsea School of Art, London. She fell in love with silver jewellery making via adult education classes and for the past 10 years has continued to develop her skills in silversmithing.
