Tracey is a self-employed artist, specialising in mosaic. She restores architectural mosaics and creates bespoke works of art to commission for both public spaces and private property. In 2014, she restored the mosaic floors of Victoria Station, Manchester, as part of its £44million refurbishment and is currently working on the project for 2 years to restore Manchester Town Hall's mosaic floors with The Mosaic Restoration Company. Tracey plays an active role in community learning: working independently with schools, galleries and museums and with adults at her regular studio workshops.

FAQs

We always ask you to bring a packed lunch but we provide hot drinks and biscuits throughout the day.
In winter, we recommend bringing plenty of warm layers of clothing, as the studio spaces are cold.
Depending on the specific workshop that you've chosen, it might be useful for you to bring reference images.

Our workshops always begin at 10.00am and you'll be welcome to come in and get settled from 9.45am.

We don't have a dedicated car park but there are usually plenty of free parking spaces available on Canal Street at the weekend.
