Master essential furniture making techniques and skills by crafting a beautiful solid bench stool in just two days! Our tutor will guide you through, demonstrating the skills needed to craft and assemble this functional and useful item of furniture. As well as making your own bench to take away with you, you will learn: • Timber selection, identification and preparation • Selection set up and sharpening of hand tools • Techniques to achieve successful chiseling and planing • Accurate measuring and marking out joint work • Understanding basic workshop drawings • Understanding basic joints • Accurate assembly and glue up • Hand finishing
