Lampshade Making Workshop at Where Inspiration Blooms

In the 6 years since we started Where Inspiration Blooms we have always wanted to run a lampshade workshop but for one reason or another it never happened.. so you can only imagine our delight when we met the lovely Heather Breed, who is a local upholsterer, and was keen to run classes with us. In this 2 hour workshop Heather will be sharing her expert knowledge to teach you how to make a simple 20cm drum lampshade. We will have a selection of fabric available on the day but if you have some special fabric that matches your decor or you want to use for something special then do feel free to bring it with you. Heather is a fully AMUSF qualified upholsterer and has completed a furniture design diploma course. She worked for a French upholsterer and in two other workshops before setting up her own high successful business. We are thrilled to be able to welcome her to the Where Inspiration Blooms community and have lots of other upholstery classes planned for this year! We very much look forward to welcoming you to our Studio in Holmer Green.
