Jewellery Summer School at The Fox Studios

Five whole days of none stop jewellery making, what more could you ask for? This course is suitable for beginners and those with experience alike. Either way, it will be friendly, relaxed environment, a bit of a giggle, to make your own lovely jewellery. You should make at least one piece of jewellery each day. Day 1 - Silver Clay Day 2 - Ring and bangles Day 3 - Cabochon Setting, either sea glass, handmade glass cabochons or gemstones Day 4 - tbc Day 5 - On the last day we can choose from earrings, spinner ring, enamelling, tube setting or chain making If you're a complete newbie, don't worry, you'll be settled into the workshop on the first day and make a couple of rings to get you started. After that, you can either have a set project per day, or create your own beautiful pieces. The same goes for those with a bit more experience. I introduce you to the workshop to get you started and then the choice really is yours, set projects or making your own lovely unique designs. The workshop is a lovely relaxed, well equipped environment for a range of jewellery making techniques. It's just on the outskirts of Warrington town centre, in Cheshire, with free parking, or if you're coming via public transport, 5 minutes walk from Central train station or Warrington Bus station.

What's included in the price?

All copper and brass is included in the price, silver and gemstones are available to buy each day. If you have a bigger project in mind then please contact us to make sure we have the right materials in stock. Tea and Coffee, plus cakes are available each day (including decaf). However, please do bring your own packed lunch or there are a variety of shops nearby.
