About the Course
Join me, Jade Mellor, a professional forager for nearly ten years and owner of foraging business Wild Pickings for an afternoon cooking with wild seaweed.
The Welsh coast is abundant with this mineral rich super food and we will sample a selection of different seaweeds collected from around Cardigan Bay. We will look at a variety of ways to use them in both sweet and savoury dishes and there will be plenty of tasters throughout the afternoon.
