About our tutor:
Louise Arthur specialises in environmental education and early years engagement with the outdoor world. When not at work as an Education Ranger for the Forestry Commission, she makes baskets from sustainable local willow and foraged hedgerow materials. As an experienced workshop leader she enjoys sharing her love of willow crafts with adults and children.
“Louise set a wonderfully relaxed environment, attending to everyone individually. While she helped us master hand positions and discuss our designs, we all had an enjoyable natter getting to know our neighbours, everyone with their heads down and tongues sticking out in full concentration.”
