ColourWheel art classes for adults are part-time and have been designed for beginners and improvers. Drawing inspiration from nature and the rich colour wheel of life we will teach you the techniques you need to produce beautiful works of art. If you think you can’t draw you‘re wrong, you just need to be shown how. Giving you the right tools and skills you will be on your way to producing work you never thought you could.
Over the 12 weeks you will be instructed how to use different paint materials to the best effect. Sketching and working with different mediums depending on the projects you are working on. You will be guided gently and taught by our wonderful and encouraging tutor, Chloe, an experienced working artist and teacher. You will explore your creativity and produce paintings and drawings you will be proud to show others.
Our courses are flexible and allow improvers or those who have some art skills under their belts to build on what they already know and move forward to the next steps in their creative journey.
Myself, Joanne, the Course Co-ordinator will attend each lesson assisting Chloe to concentrate solely on what she does best, teaching you how to draw and paint.
If you will be redeeming a CraftCourses gift voucher on this course, the voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.
All course materials are provided all you have to bring along is yourself.

What can I say. These courses are so good I am doing it all again. I have loved course one at Topsham and discovered that I can paint and I can draw, me who thought I could do nothing. And the people I have met have made my Wednesdays. We have had fun and companionship and the guidance of a super teacher in Chloe, who is always encouraging and supportive and never ever critical. If you think you might enjoy an art class, go for this one. You will not be sorry
Response from Colour Wheel Exeter Ltd:Thank you for your lovely words Norah. We are so pleased that you have decided to continue with us on our new course. The class really wouldn’t be the same without you and we are really looking forward to seeing your art skills develop and grow.
