About the Course
The course runs from 10-5. Please arrive about 10 minutes beforehand, please bring your own lunch, we have a microwave to reheat if you wish.
The day will begin with some simple shaping and colour techniques to form various solid shapes that will be joined to our branch later. These will include leaves and droplets and small simple birds.
We will then move on to good and strong joins to form our branch, which we will attach our birds and possibly leaves to. I will show you how to make little loops on the leaves so they can be strung from the branch as falling leaves.
All glass will be placed inside an electrically controlled kiln and be ready to pickup or post out the following day. I will add a line so it is ready for you to hang up.
The studio is just on the Roundstone Bypass and easy to get to by car.
For public The nearest Train Station is Angmering and is about a 10-15 minute walk to the studio.

Loved this course with Lizzie. She was very patient and explained every step! I made leaves and a little bird to put on the tree, and it's now hanging in my kitchen window. I'm looking forward to doing more classes with Lizzie!
