I wanted to create a learning opportunity for people looking to start woodturning, but who couldn't get onto a course due to lockdown.
This is essentially the course I wish I had available to me when I started.
It is free because the information is important to have, and I don't want to create a barrier for anyone.
The price of £1 here is essentially a tip and helps with admin costs.
If you enjoy this study please consider joining me for a workshop in person when the lockdown is over or leave a review here on Craftcourses.com
This course is broken into sections. Health and safety, The tools and what they do, and tool maintenance.
There are demonstrations of each tool resulting in spindle work which could be adapted by the learner to many products and faceplate work resulting in a nice dish.
To enjoy this course you will need a computer, tablet or mobile phone capable of showing video over the internet.
This course is taught online
This craft course provider has been awarded Bronze status for receiving 1 or more 5 star ratings from previous students.
The Students' Choice award ensures that course providers get recognised for their efforts in the teaching and practice of UK craft.
They also allow tutors to gain valuable feedback on their courses and for new students to find the course that's right for them.
