"Had a wonderful day basket weaving, met Johnny & Becky, who made the group feel welcome. Provided tuition and guidance throughout the day. Plus a wonderful lunch and homemade lemon cake. Thank you for your patience and guidance. Loved the music in the workshop… great background tunes from the ’60s and '70s. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable day. And we take home the basket."

Emma Blackmore reviewed: Pottery & Ceramics Ad hoc sessions, Learn when you want

"I contacted Geraldine with the hope that we could host a baby shower with a difference, as the ‘mum to be’ had always wished to use a potters wheel. Of course, Geraldine was very happy to help! 4 of us attended, all with very little experience of using clay, by the end of the 2-hour class we all had made our own keepsake trinket for the baby. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a very relaxing time. Thank you so much ?"

Geraldine Francis Ceramics responded:

"Thank you so much for your review. I am so pleased you enjoyed your time at the studio. I will be in touch when your work is ready for collection."

Everything was clearly explained and help given whenever needed, whether for how to do something, or advice on colour or pattern, so that I couldn’t be prouder of what I made! Time flew by, punctuated with good food, plenty of tea and nice chat. Sharon Whittock reviewed: Design a Room You’ll Love – with Expert Guidance Every Step of the Way

"Thank you Nikki! For your wonderful course content, and for your amazing support throughout! I'm reasonably confident with decorating and colour - but I'm SO pleased I signed up for the course! It was a bit of a treat, as we'd just moved to a new house and a blank canvas to put my stamp on. I had lots of ideas for some rooms - but was really stuck on the main Living Room - the room I chose to work on through the course. I loved the way Nikki starts you off by digging in to find your own personal 'Style' - so before you make any decorating decisions, you know where to find inspiration, understand what's authentic for you, and know what will make you happy to 'live with'! Once you know what your foundation is - making choices is so much easier - and exciting as you see it all falling into place! The course is beautifully structured, so you build the scheme gradually - and the weekly calls with Nikki were so supportive - inspiring - reassuring - all at your own pace, and challenging in a really good way. Things I thought didn't need changing, became obvious that they did - to stay true to my 'style' - she just asks you the right questions, so you discover for yourself! I am so happy with the result! And confident that I've made the right choices so that as I work through the rest of the house, I will be able to create a consistent flow - and have the course to work through again to support the creative process. Just fabulous! - loved working with you Nikki xxx"
