Judith is a lovely host in a quirky, stylish cafe and studio space. Everything was clearly explained and help given whenever needed, whether for how to do something, or advice on colour or pattern, so that I couldn’t be prouder of what I made! Time flew by, punctuated with good food, plenty of tea and nice chat. A really great day, which I’d thoroughly recommend whether you have lots of crafting experience or very little, like the friend I attended with, we both enjoyed ourselves and came away with little treasures, thanks to Judith.
Response from Judith Brown Jewellery:
Thanks for such a lovely review Julie, you both made lovely finished pieces to be proud of. Thanks for booking onto another workshop with me too!I attended this workshop with an arty and creative friend, and had my doubts about my own levels of creativity and what I would be able to achieve. However, I was so pleased with the results and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole day. It started with the location - what a wonderful gem of a place in Leek to hold the workshop. Lovely quirky cafe with a nice atmosphere. Everything was well organised, we all had our own visors for Covid safety, which were so good I forgot I had it on and tried to drink my coffee through it! Judith is very friendly and welcoming, gives great tips and instructions and talks you through the techniques, the tools and the materials. Really helpful and the time just flew by, it was very relaxing even though I was concentrating. Lovely lunch, back to more making and then yummy tea and cake before finishing our items. This workshop definitely brought out my creative side. If you are a craft hobbyist, you will love it. If you are worried like me that you are not very "arty" - you will love it!

Thanks for the lovely review Andrea! I'm so pleased that your doubts about your creativity were swept way and you really enjoyed the day, I hope it means you might try other creative things in the future, that you might not have felt confident in trying before this workshop.Really enjoyed my class and Judith couldn't do enough for you. Judith is so talented and helped us all to achieve a piece of work we were all proud of.
Thanks Judith
This was a great course which I attended June 13th 2021. Not only was Judith a great teacher (especially with it being my first class) But All equipment was cleaned after ever use, with face guards to use. Every measure was taken to to make you feel safe and comfortable. Even my food allergy was catered for. Thanks again Judith.

I'm so pleased you enjoyed it, and I hope you go on to try other workshops, now that you've done your first! Your finished pieces were great and I like how you personalised them with vintage buttons from the family button tin. Thanks for your review.Really enjoyed this workshop. It isn’t something I had done before, but Judith demonstrates the techniques, provides lots of materials and equipment and is there to encourage, help and inspire you. Everyone made something different and all were lovely unique works of art. Highly recommended. Everything was Covid safe and a lovely lunch, drinks and cake were provided.

I'm so pleased you enjoyed it, and made such a lovely personal finished piece too!I thoroughly enjoy my day on Judiths workshop. Judith is a great tutor, really inspiring to watch her demonstrate the techniques and with a small group she gave each of us lots of time and encouragement to create lovely pieces. Really good venue and it all felt incredibly covid secure and safe and i will definitely be booking on to another workshop in the new year.
I booked on this course as i thought it looked interesting.
I was not disappointed, everything was really covid aware all measures in place.
Judith was informative and inspirational, she allowed us to get on with things whilst keeping a watchful eye on us, everything was available to use.
I enjoyed it so much that if my shift patterns allow i will be doing another workshop.
I also think this would make a great gift for someone.
Response from Judith Brown Jewellery:
I'm so glad you enjoyed it Gail, and look forward to seeing you on another workshop soon.
