"We had a wonderful day making willow structures in a lovely peaceful garden. The atmosphere was very friendly from the moment we arrived. Rachel explained everything very clearly and then helped us all as needed as we built our structures. It was great to learn something new and to take our pieces home. The lunch and treats were superb and far better than you would expect to get on a course. All in all a fabulous day and we hope to come back for another course sometime."

"I very much enjoyed my morning. I’ve always admired mandalas but wondered if I would be able to be sufficiently accurate to produce one from scratch. The instructions were excellent and we worked at my pace throughout. I was very pleased with the result and the pdfs sent through afterwards were really helpful for me to continue and finish the piece started and to do more."

"Excellent session. Learnt a lot from Ruth. A great creative experience. A short explanation on the loom, quick demo and then straight on with it. Had no previous experience but Ruth explained everything very well. As a bonus ended up with a good sized piece of fabric that I am quite proud of. Would strongly recommend even if you never go on to take up weaving. We will be back to Ruth in the Autumn for follow on sessions to learn more."

"The introduction to pastel painting was excellent. I had been drawn to David's workshop and his work by my love of landscapes so the focus of the day was perfect. The venue is superb, lunch + refreshments delicious and teaching excellent. It was so satisfying to leave the day with a completed picture, plus a goodie bag to have a try at home! I will definitely be booking onto another workshop in the future. Thankyou David."

"I had a wonderful day in the barn learning Lino cutting techniques and lots of info about best equipment. Sue was an excellent teacher and was able to give us all individual attention on the prints we made. The results were lovely. I had done some Lino cutting before but learnt loads. The homemade lunch in the farmhouse was lovely and cake! Such a fun day. Would def recommend. "

"My friend and I attended an afternoon lino printing session which we both thoroughly enjoyed. After a short practice we cut two designs. Cat offered a choice of designs, one of which I was shown how to adapt and my friend used her own design. Cat provided all the materials on the day and we were encouraged to try out different colour inks on different colour backgrounds. We were both satisfied with our results and have now bought our own inks and equipment so we can further develop our skills. Great day - Definitely recommend. 😊"
