"We had a wonderful day at Katherines lovely studio! Having never worked with stained glass before, myself & my daughter were admittedly apprehensive. Katherine did an amazing job putting us at ease & talked us through each stage, working with our bespoke designs from start to finish. She was so relaxed & patient, we couldn’t have asked for a better teacher. The lunch was delicious & the flapjack was divine. Katherine even catered for my daughters dietary requirements. Highly recommended!! "

"Had a wonderful relaxing day crafting with like minded people. Rachel splits the course into easy to understand stages and guides you through each technic . She is extremely encouraging and helpful. No question is a wrong question . With her tutoring everyone was able to produce a piece of work to be proud of . I had not embroidered for a while and found it easy going , even mastering my first ever French knots . An amazing teacher and would highly recommend her course to friends and family. "Extremely enjoyable course. Anne explained everything very clearly and catered for both beginners and those with a bit of experience. Plenty of scope to use your own ideas but also useful guidance on design and best use of materials. Very satisfying to be able to do a slightly bigger project than the smaller items I have done before. Looking forward to picking up the lantern when it's been fired and hope to do another course soon. "

"A wonderful introduction to pottery. Geoff was a patient teacher who gave clear instructions which enabled us to achieve a decent result for a first attempt! Definitely an addictive pastime . Recommend as a great present for anyone who wants to have a go! Or ongoing tuition to further skills. Just wear warm clothes as the studio is chilly "

"I attended the glass fusion workshop with 3 friends. We thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon. It was friendly and relaxed with no time pressures. We made 5 Christmas pieces, so plenty to bring home too . I would recommend to anyone - although it was a very simple course, so anyone who would like more challenging work should look for something slightly more advanced "
