Belén and Geraldine really know how to transmit the creativity and inspire you with the knowledge. They explained everything clearly and the classes were very organised. I will surely do another course when I have another wedding!!"

Avolon reviewed: Giacometti style bronzed animal sculpture one day workshop Suffolk one-to-one or max 4 students

"Lovely workshop. I didn't think I would be any good at sculpture as I mostly paint. But I really enjoyed making my hare. I will continue with this craft as you don't need expensive equipment to achieve nice work. I recommend this for 2d painters. A."

Jennifer reviewed: Two day leather work course - bag making

"Don’t hesitate to book! I feel like I’ve really learned a skill having done this course and I’ve got a great, professional-looking bag out of it too! I’m glad I did the 2 day course as well because I feel my hand-stitching improved a lot on the 2nd day. As others have said, Jason is a natural teacher and you really feel his passion for his craft. So well worth the 3 hour round trip in atrocious weather!"

Steve Black reviewed: Giacometti style bronzed animal sculpture one day workshop Suffolk one-to-one or max 4 students

"This is a great course for all levels . The day I went there were students who had not made anything arty since school! Di guided them through each stage a with hands on approach. I am a professional potter, but never done anything like this before, yet I learn new skills that I can add to my craft. This is a very creative workshop for people with little dexterity, to those with heaps. You will come away with a great piece of work. Steve"

Art on the Edge responded:

"Thanks Steve :)"

Rachel jeffries reviewed: Half day Christmas themed cold process soap making workshop with Keri at The Soap Coach

"What a lovely way to spend an afternoon, Keri is very welcoming and helpful and knowledgeable. Thoroughly enjoyed learning all I did, I had no knowledge at all of the process but feel with the hands on step by step learning and workshop resource notes I went home with along with the private access to an ongoing support group for questions etc that I will enjoy many hours producing some beautiful soaps and one day hopefully add them as an addition to my business. Can’t wait to cut the first slice from the soap we made and took home."

The Soap Coach Limited responded:

"Thank you to you both for booking in with me Rachel - and best of luck to Emily in her soap making plans. Always here if she needs any help, Keri"

Vernon Allen reviewed: Half day Christmas themed cold process soap making workshop with Keri at The Soap Coach

"Didn't really know what to expect but it was great fun. A fair bit of science to it but presented in an interesting and at an accessible level. Premises are ideal for this course and safety is first when using the equipment and materials. Some strange coloured mixtures produced by the students but some wonderful looking (and aromatic) soaps were taken home. A learning experience for me with a very knowledgeable teacher. I really enjoyed it."

The Soap Coach Limited responded:

"Thank you Vernon, really glad you enjoyed it, And soap beauty is in the eye of the beholder ! I thought they all looked great :)"

Christine reviewed: Willow Plant Climbers & Obelisks

"Rachel gave us lots of useful information about willow in general, as well as teaching us how to make different structures. Although it was the weekend of Storm Ciara, the course went ahead inside the beautiful Hector’s House, complete with cosy wood burning stove, and we planted and learnt how to weave a decorative willow tree in large pots, as well as making woven plant supports. Rachel taught us different weaves and techniques, and she and her assistant gave us plenty of help. We found a gap in the rain to go out and learn about planting a hedge. As well as having a very enjoyable day out with like-minded people, I felt I had learnt enough to have the skills and confidence to follow up with my own projects at home."

Elaine leader reviewed: Half day Christmas themed cold process soap making workshop with Keri at The Soap Coach

"What a brilliant course, so enjoyable, interesting and really laid back vibe. Keri was an excellent coach, very friendly , helpful, organised and knowledgeable. Keri is clearly very experienced in soap making and had great fragrance tips too. The workshop is in a lovely location too and easy to access/park. Making the soap was great fun- it was so rewarding to mix the components and create and fragrance/colour/ decorate the soap to your exact preference. It’s a unique experience and I have been recommending it to friends and family."

The Soap Coach Limited responded:

"So pleased to hear you enjoyed it Elaine - and thank you for helping me spread the soap making word :)"

Stuart G reviewed: Half day Christmas themed cold process soap making workshop with Keri at The Soap Coach

"I went to Keri’s studio as part of a group activity but was a little dubious being one of only a few men in the group of ‘trainee soap makers’. I needn’t have worried, Keri gave us all a warm welcome and was a fantastic host throughout. Clear in her instructions she explained the science behind mixing ingredients and balancing scents, making it interesting and enjoyable. When it comes to making the soap there’s countless options to make a more masculine batch so come on chaps book it up and have a go!! Great value for money when you consider the knowledge and soap you take away, great fun!!"

The Soap Coach Limited responded:

"Thank you so much Stuart. Really pleased you enjoyed it - plenty of options for male soap makers without a doubt :)"
