Create your very own characterful 4ft Deer in a day. Whilst making your 3D sculpture you will learn various willow weaving and sculpting techniques. Due to such a demand for Sarah to teach willow animals again, this extra date workshop is back for 2024! Using locally grown Somerset willow, experienced tutor Sarah Le Breton will teach you sculpting techniques and how to maintain your finished creations, enabling your creation to add charm to your garden for years to come. Suitable for beginners and for those with existing willow weaving experience. Just bring along lots of enthusiasm and by the end of the day you will be taking home your Reindeer!

All materials, tools & refreshments included. I've teamed up with the nearby amazing Lost Kitchen restaurant who have created a special lunch menu for you of mezze salad, freshly baked Focaccia, homemade cake and a Luscombe drink. Lunch payable on the day by card or cash.

With over a decade of teaching experience, Sarah offers 1 - 2 day willow basketmaking workshops for both beginners and those with existing willow weaving experience. Being passionate about natural materials and skilled traditional craftsmanship, Sarah has designed and created for you several different workshops that explore willow weaving, English basketry techniques and enable you to create your own truly special baskets and sculptures. All workshops are held in Mid Devon, (just 15 minutes from Junction 27 of the M5), and through teaming up with the nearby Lost Kitchen restaurant, not only do you receive expert tuition in a great venue but a lovely lunch too!
