Quilt-in-a-Day workshop - A great way to discover a new skill in a relaxed and friendly setting.
Over the course of the day you will learn how to make a lap quilt from start to finish. Together we will learn how to rotary cut fabrics, machine piece, attach borders, fix layers and bind your finished quilt to take home.
This workshop will give you the foundation to begin quilting other projects, or move onto different quilting techniques in future.
You will need to bring and be able to use your own sewing machine for the workshop. The groups are limited to small numbers so there is plenty of individual support available.

I have long wanted to learn to quilt whilst also viewing it as a mystery skill which I’d never manage.
Jacqueline was amazing today. She taught each bit in sections and I came away having a very good understanding of the basics. I need lots of practice but I have definitely got the bug and can’t wait to do more.
Jacqueline remained calm and patient. Nothing phased her.
