Response from TimeOut4Me:Thank you so much Patricia for coming to the session.
I went on the Make and Take course and took the lady I'm looking after with (I'm a live in Carer). She was quite depressed when we got there but soon cheered up watching and participating with us. She loved the smells and watching Jenny show us what to do. Jenny was very informative about what should be done when making products, the quality of her oils and it was great fun being there. She made us cake and told us how to make almond milk which was lovely. She also did a bit of feel good therapy with us. I would highly recommend her courses.

Response from TimeOut4Me:Thank you so much Patricia and Betty for coming along.
I attended a natural skincare and well being workshop and found Debbie to be, incredibly passionate, knowledgeable and welcoming. The ingredients used were organic and natural, smelt beautiful and easily accessible (to buy), nothing was too much trouble, and if you get a chance to make the healthy chocolate, it is simply to die for.........Most of mine had been eaten in the car before I got home! x I came away feeling spoilt, inspired and the lovely goodies lasted a very long time, highly recommended and thank you x
