Description

Make a beautiful pink heart mosaic from hand cut pieces of vintage china and glass tiles. A great introduction to mosaicking, they also make fabulous presents. I have several different kits available. Suitable for complete beginners and older children under adult supervision. Please note due to the mdf/ply bases the mosaics are suitable for indoor use only. Dimensions: Heart approx 19 x 11cm

What's included in the price?

The kits contain an mdf or ply shape of your chosen design and all the glass and china pieces ready cut and tumbled for safer, less sharp edges. Glue, grout, pots to mix the grout in are all provided along with colour instructions. A piece of twine is included for hanging.

What you will need

Gloves and dust mask are advised to be used for grouting.

"The kit was really good and the instructions were extremely clear and I think really good value for money. For a first time mosaic-er I found it a breeze and the result was great too. Fab for beginners and simple enough for children (8+?) too - they would need a level of co ordination though. I would recommend it. Perhaps you could consider a staged approach - this as level 1 and then perhaps a level 2 and even perhaps 3 and that may get us ready for in person complicated projects.... just a thought. I really enjoyed it. Thanks"
