Introduction to 2D Fine Art .. Drawing and Painting
Description
This course runs for 6 Thursdays, beginning April 25th. During the 6, 2-hour classes you will learn how to begin, and improve, your drawing and painting skills. You will receive a lot of one-to-one guidance and as well as learning how to build your drawing and painting skills you will get the chance to experiment with various mediums and learn how to come up with original concepts for your art. You will receive tuition and guidance from myself, Tina Warren; I am a prize-winning artist with a bachelor’s degree in Art and Professional Practice and a master’s degree in Art by Research. I encourage an ego free, supportive, warm, fun and friendly atmosphere, where participants are encouraged to support each other. Drawing on my years of experience, working with a wide variety of mediums, I will guide you to towards your own specific artistic goals, and help you to produce work that you will be proud of. All sessions will be held in the wonderful, light filled, new Market House Studios, Fleetwood (Above Fleetwood Market). All classes will be held on days when the market is open, so why not come early and take a look around the market before the class begins. You may also be interested in continuing the course and you will be given the opportunity to sign up for the following 6 weeks. The full course will run for 24 weeks in total but can be booked here for the 6 weeks only.
What's included in the price?
Materials will be supplied at the beginning of the course, but you will be encouraged to purchase your own basic art kit as you progress.
