Learn how to improve sleep & focus, replace negative thoughts with positive ones and reconnect with yourself. Scientific evidence supports the theory that journaling can have a positive effect on your wellbeing. It facilitates the process of reframing, changing mindset and increasing positivity and happiness. Who is this workshop for: Anyone who leads busy life and would like to slow down for a bit and have fun rediscovering creativity. What material do I need to get started: For online workshops the basic material I will be using will be a tea bag, acrylic colours, glue, ephemera, washi tapes and stamps. I will also give you tips how to substitute some of the tools I will be using with items you most likely have at home already. You are welcome to use any material which suits your budget and brings you joy. In this workshop we will explore benefits of journaling, how to relax and start pocket journal. We go through journaling prompts for self-discovery and learn how to keep track of habits and wellbeing. What can I gain from the workshop: Relax for a moment and have fun exploring your mind and experimenting over cup of tea or coffee.​ Learn new techniques, using scraps of paper, washi tapes, stamps Implement tips to live more in the moment to enjoy your life ​
