In 6 weeks online lessons we will explore benefits of journaling, how to relax and start pocket journal. We go through journaling prompts for self-discovery and learn how to keep track of habits and wellbeing. We will create a mood board and learn how to design pocket journal spreads with mixed media, washi tapes, stamps, creative lettering.
In podcasts I will talk about gratitude, things out of our control and how to set up routine. In short videos I will show you how to draw borders, headlines, different types of lettering and how to create journal which is more creative and fun so you are more likely to continue journal for longer.
You will gain an access to Wellbeing Journaling Facebook Group for accountability and higher chance to build journaling routine over the 6 weeks. However all podcasts and videos will be prerecorded so you can work through in your own time.
