Description
Come along and create a decorative tote bag using Applique techniques. You will learn how to make your own bias tape in a range of colours, and then applique a rainbow pattern onto a tote bag. This is a great way to use a coordinating set of fat quarters to make a lovely gift. Come along and try something new!
What's included in the price?
We will supply fabric and basic cotton tote bags, however if you have a colour preference (for your rainbow or your tote bag), please bring your own fabric. Please also bring your own sewing machine, sewing pins and a neutral thread. ** We are a small charity devoted to getting people into craft. We aim to keep our workshop price as low as possible in order to make it as accessible as we can. We are always taking in donations of fabric and craft supplies, which we put towards future projects. So if you are clearing out your cupboards, please feel free to bring anything to the session that needs a new home. ** Children (10 years & up) are welcome at the session, but they must be accompanied by an adult (with a separate ticket). If you have any disabilities or support needs we will do our best to accommodate you. Please just drop us an email ahead of time to talk it through.
