Join us at Ecclesbourne Valley Railway and get creative weaving a beautiful dragonfly sculpture for your garden. We'll show you how to use this wonderful, sustainable material to free weave a dragonfly sculpture. this is a great introduction to anyone who wants to try their hand at willow sculpture but also for more experienced weavers. If the weather is kind to us we'll be weaving outdoors, if not we can retreat to our first class carriage to get warm. Your tutor will be Sally Wheal who has worked for many years in willow sculpture and founder of Wild Roots Creative; a not for profit company working to provide opportunities for people to take part in creative activity for positive mental health.
