About the Course
Learn to make a solid silver ring using traditional techniques, held in a well- equipped metal-working workshop at Bigbury Mint in Ermington, South Devon. This is a three hour course and you will be taught forming, soldering, texturing and polishing and come away with a finished silver ring.

What's included in the price?
All tools and materials are provided. Turn up ready for a 10 am start (or 6pm on Thursday evenings) with clothes that you don't mind getting dirty, and shoes suitable for a workshop (not flip-flops or sandals).
There will be tea and coffee with biscuits on arrival. Lunch is not included, but we can recommend some local cafes and pubs according to your needs.

Please note that full refunds can only given with a minimum of 30 days notice. If the notice is less than 30 days, you will not receive any refund for this course. We retain the right to refuse entry to anyone who is aggressive or under the influence of drugs including alcohol.
I loved this workshop, very hands on and well explained by two knowledgable instructors. A real range of ring designs could be made from a simple band and I felt like it gave me room for my creative vision whilst still being manageable in the time frame. Came away with two lovely rings I’ll enjoy for a long time.
