Discover meditative breathing and painting techniques, use sensory paints, explore and create a magical colour palette. Together we can bring to light and recognise how these relate to our emotions. Create mood boards and mandalas to display in your home and use during your meditation practise.
And most importantly relax enough to reveal the true artist within yourself.
