About the Course
In this 3hr workshop you will be taught how to measure a window for your curtain, and estimate the fabric required.
You will then make a beautiful sample lined curtain with pencil pleat heading tape.
You will be taught how to finish the hem by hand, the seams and tape will be machine stitched, so you do need to know the basics of a sewing machine
If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.

Loved the courses (curtains, blinds, lampshades and doorstops).
Great tuition by Judi, and step by step really made it easy to follow - I'll be going back to Judi for more courses! Thank you!

Loved the whole weekend of workshops. Judi is a talented teacher who managed to keep the group well on track. Everything we made was well designed and hopefully easy to replicate at home. Thank you

Judi - as always - is very patient and knowledgeable. My sewing skills are improving so much with her help and guidance. I am looking forward to making a set of curtains for my daughters new bedroom.
All resources needed are provided as well as instructions to take away with you. (Particularly useful with measuring windows)

Have done five workshops with Judi, and I now feel a lot more confident to make my own curtains and blinds, and loved making a lampshade. We get written instructions to take home and lots of useful tips during the day.
