Whether you're friends, partners, mother and daughter, or anything else - come and try your hand at jewellery making, and leave with your own beautiful, unique jewellery ready to wear... I am a professional jeweller and adult education teacher - teaching jewellery making since 2009. I offer individually tailored 1-1 / private tuition with me in my studio in London. I work primarily in silver, but also love to incorporate a variety of other materials in my own work - from textiles to bead to hand carved stones. I love mixing materials and techniques together so have developed a wide range of skills that I share with students. As this is personalised tuition, sessions are individually tailored and can be created to suit your own interests and skills. Teaching from my studio in central London - close to Camden Town station, I have everything you need on hand to make your own gorgeous jewellery. Whether you are completely new to jewellery making and fancy trying your hand or starting at a new hobby, fancy a fun day (or evening) out with a friend, or have already created your own jewels and want to build on your existing skills, I can help you create unique, professionally finished jewellery. Have a fabulous alternative day out, spend some quality time together, try something new and create your own gorgeous jewellery to take home and show off! This day runs from approx 10.30am to 4.30pm and is held in person at my studio in Camden, London NW1 Choose from one of 5 different days as detailed, or get in touch if you have something more specific in mind that the two of you would like to work on! - Silver bangles - Silver Clay charm bracelet - make a charm bracelet each, or choose to make a beautiful pendant instead - Bead jewellery set - create a gorgeous matching set of necklace, bracelet and earrings and learn some key essential beading skills - Silver gemstone set ring - Carved ring - learn wax carving and create a ring design, that will be cast into silver for you Your day includes all the materials you need to create your jewellery, as well as refreshments during the day, but your lunchtime is free to visit any of the many local cafes, or to walk down to the famous Camden Market to explore the food stalls. All tuition is personally tailored to you, your interests and starting skills level. Classes will be socially distanced as far as feasible - wearing masks when we need to get closer, and all tools and equipment sanitised before the session. What's included in the price?

The price listed is for a single day for three people - this includes an individually tailored schedule of projects / exercises for the day based on your own interests and experience (discussed and planned in advance by e-mail), and my undivided help and attention for the day! All the materials and information you need to complete these projects and create your own gorgeous jewellery to take away with you are included in the price, as well as refreshments during the day. Lunch is not included, but there are many local shops and cafes, or you are welcome to bring a packed lunch. Alternatives are available for different lengths of tuition and for individual 1-1 tuition - do get in touch for information.
