Description
This scarf is a genuine one off, there will never be another like it. Handwoven from a huge range of leftover yarns, the 'F*** It' collection came about from being totally overwhelmed by social media and running the business. I sat at my loom, and for the first time in many years I though 'f*** it', and just made something without thinking too much about it, and with no intention of selling it. This collection has helped me reconnect with my creativity and remember why I love weaving so much. I no longer buy new animal fibres, so all of these are leftovers from old stock, along with many of the plant fibres. Materials: Warp (tassels): Organic cotton & linen Weft (pattern): Organic cotton, organic linen, super fine merino, cashmere, silk, acrylic (neon), lambswool, bamboo, recycled denim, alpaca, wool. Label: 100% recycled polyester Scarf dimensions (not including tassels): W: 37cm x L: 177cm Gentle hand wash in luke warm water only & flat dry.
How this was made
This scarf has been handwoven on a floor loom. The entire process, from bobbins of yarn to the finished piece takes around two days.
