Take a day with Totally Wild UK to grow your skills in cooking on an open fire and with wild ingredients.
The day begins with a foraging walk, harvesting a range of wild ingredients for us to cook up into a tasty lunch. There will also be some pre-made samples to try including jams and chutneys (if covid-19 risk assessment allows at the time).
The experience will last for 4-5 hours.
The experience is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. After you have booked please let us know of any dietary requirements you have.
Minimum fitness level required.
Location: Private woodland near Wraxall in Bristol towards Somerset, specific meeting point to be given on booking.
What should I bring?
Come along wearing comfortable shoes and appropriate clothes for the weather.
You may like to bring something to take notes on – whether that’s your phone, a camera or a notepad. You could even sketch some of the things that you see.
A drink and snacks to keep you going.
We will continue to check the UK guidelines and adjust things where necessary. Please have a read of the terms and conditions for full details. This workshop will be limited to 15 people and you must not have a group booking of more than 6 people.
Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 8 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.
