Create and connect - The tribal patterns of Africa

X

Description

Treat yourself or that special person in your life to a full day of learning all about the textile art of Africa, set in the grounds of our old Jacobean farmhouse, in the rolling hills of the beautiful Worcestershire countryside. There is plenty of parking for you on arrival and someone will be there to greet you and direct you to the workshop. We strive to provide a warm, supportive and friendly environment where you can have fun and enjoy learning new skills. Light refreshments will be provided by us throughout the day but we do ask that you bring your own packed lunch please. Please bear in mind that we are very rural and there are no local shops. You are very welcome, to wander around the lovely gardens during the lunch break and take in the surrounding countryside (weather permitting!). Outcome: You will create a beautiful piece of textile art using colours, shapes, and symbols that expresses your personal identity.
