Douglas Grigar is known in the industry as a master screen printer, educator, production artist, and separation specialist. Around 1980 he founded a speciality direct marketing t-shirt printing company and has first-hand knowledge of the corporate world running several multi-location screen printing businesses.
Since 2001 Douglas has been an independent consultant to the screen printing industry, providing graphic services, marketing and sales support, new product testing and technical training.
As an instructor he has developed numerous courses for beginning, intermediate and professional-level screen printers internationally.
He developed a collegiate level curriculum that is the basis for this screen printing course now eighteen years strong. It has proved to be an exceptional training program that is interactive, well organised and highly respected throughout the industry.

What's included in the price?
Tools & materials: we provide all tools and materials needed for the duration of the course and you will go home with the t-shirts you printed.
Notes: you will receive a printed workbook to use during the class and there is some space for notes, but should you wish to bring a notepad and pen to make more in-depth notes, this is always a good idea. Also make notes of any questions you have for the tutor before you come.
Refreshments: we offer refreshments such as tea, coffee and water throughout the day at no additional cost.
Lunch: there is a wide variety of local shops and cafes that is only a few minutes walk away. It is a great opportunity to reboot before the afternoon session. Lunch is not included.
This is an excellent course for business owners. Everything is covered in-depth. I did the class with some who had some previous experience but never felt left behind as a relative novice. The whole setup is very professional with really good equipment to use and everything is explained to ensure you understand why something has to be done in a certain way.
