Screen-printing sessions (now one to one due to Covid-19) take place on Tuesdays from 10-2pm in the friendly and relaxed environment of the artist's own studio.
Additional dates are available on enquiry. If you wish to discuss alternative dates or any other queries regarding the course, please click on the 'Ask a Question tab'.
During this workshop you will design and create a simple stencil with which to screen print on plain or patterned fabric. We will look briefly at considerations of design such as colour, pattern, shape, composition and scale. For those who have attended previous sessions there will be the option to explore texture and layering on fabric.
This workshop is part of an evolving programme of weekly creative workshops that explore an exciting range of processes, which compliment each other or work as a 'pick your own' programme, allowing for further creative development over subsequent months.
