"I had such a great time in this course, I genuinely looked forward to it every week and was great for me to take some time out of my hectic life and concentrate on something just for me. It really helped me with my mental health and gave me something to focus on. Martin is a knowledgeable and approachable teacher, I was comfortable from the start and he was always available for help if needed. His teaching style would suit all types of learners and everyone would benefit from this. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking for a new hobby or just taking some time for themselves. I have learnt some valuable skills and I have even continued to make stained glass art at home. Martin - thank you so much for bringing a calmness and confidence out in me I didn't know I had! This is much appreciated and I am very grateful."

"I started this course 15 months ago. I had never done stain glass or much art before. It is an amazing course which challenges a different aspect of my brain. I never thought I would achieve so much. Martin is an outstanding teacher and demonstrates the skills required and is always there to help. He also encourages one to improve with each course by suggesting how to do it oneself and create ownership of wonderful pieces of stained glass. It is an exciting hobby for anyone who wants to do something different . "

"I have been doing a weekly stained glass course with Martin, making leaded windows, which has been great. I was a complete beginner but feel I have made good progress and really enjoy the class. Martin is a very patient and encouraging teacher, and is always helpful. I really appreciate that if you have to miss a class, Martin will try and fit you in for another. I have also been on a 1 day Christmas decoration class with Kate, who is also a great teacher, and enjoyed doing the Tiffany technique again. "

I brought this workshop as something that he and I could do together and it was wonderful! Very enjoyable and easy to learn the techniques required to produce a range of interesting pictures on glass. I produced about 6 paintings throughout the day which was great fun. "
