"What a magical day! Booked this as a Christmas pressie for my husband, of course I had to tag along as well, we both loved it. Jo is a fabulous host and guide, the surroundings are so peaceful and working on the sculpture is so meditative you come away like you've been on a retreat! I would, and I have, highly recommended this to everyone I know. Thank you"

"Wow! This is an exceptional 2 day course! As a seasoned crafter I have done a wide variety of workshops and this one has been superb. Jo is a fantastic, kind and patient tutor who guides you through the process with gentle encouragement. Both Jo & her husband Andy were constantly offering tea (much appreciated) whilst quietly tidying up and seamlessly preparing the next stage for us to do. I am totally in love with my cat sculpture and it will look amazing in my garden as a treasured centrepiece. Thank you to both Jo & Andy."

"Enjoyed a fantastic day at the Hare Sculpting Course, along with my Daughter. I was nervous at first and worried that I would make a mess of it all but the welcome and atmosphere was so lovely that I soon relaxed. All instructions and demonstrations were clear and easy to follow and we all finished up with beautiful sculptures to take home, every one of them was different, each containing our own personally chosen characteristics. I would highly recommend this course and will certainly be attending another in the future. Thank you for such an exhilarating and memorable day."

"I attended Jo’s one day Hare Course and found the welcome , facilities and company to be superb. There were just 7 of us which ensured that we all received more than enough individual attention, and I thought that Jo’s tuition and mentoring were excellent. The result for me was a successful project for a first experience, and an encouragement and confidence to attempt to construct a kit at home. "

"What an amazing workshop to do. I attended this workshop yesterday with my niece Kim. Having no sculpting experience I decided to have a go and I more than exceeded my own expectations. Jo and Andy are fabulous hosts. The setting was so peaceful and tranquil that it was easy to forget about every day stresses. Jo is extremely organised in her delivery of the course, but also very attentive to needs of each individual in the group. We all had fun and.came away with our very own little masterpieces. Jo and Andy will encourage you to bring out your creative side (which I believe we all have, even if we don’t think we do!) I would highly recommend this workshop. Have a go, you really might surprise yourself! I did!. And I want to do it again!."

"Great course. Lovely setting. All round brilliant experience. It was a very full day so I barely stopped to chat. But all very informal and relaxed. Jo gave brilliant guidance and tips. Just the right amount. I was slowest in the group and being a bit of a perfectionist I hardly had time for lunch. Not a complaint though. Happy to be allowed to fiddle on. Pleased with my sculpture. Thanks so much Jo and Andy. "

"Fabulous day in a stunning location. Jo and Andy were great hosts and made this such an enjoyable and absorbing day with excellent teaching and support. I love my hare sculpture and will treasure it for many years to come. I highly recommend this day and am testament to the fact that previous experience / creative skills are not necessary, as Jo is such a fantastic, encouraging and enthusiastic teacher. 🤩"

The studio is set in beautiful surroundings that help you escape the busyness of life and just, immerse! The whole experience was wonderful under Jo's expert tutelage! "Never in a million years did I think I could achieve a sculpture of a large owl that I could be proud of, but at the end of a fabulous two day course I have! With Jo’s help and guidance I have created a beautiful owl. I am thrilled with it. Working in a beautiful studio in a stunning garden deep in rural Norfolk was idyllic. Jo is a wonderful tutor and a great host. Her husband Andy works equally hard on making the course a success, providing the armatures and teas! Highly recommended."
