"Absolutely loved achieving my first outdoor hare plaster sculpture! From the excitement of unpacking the kit, to watching Jo's wonderful video, browsing the comprehensive instructions, and then working through foiling the armature with my little message inside, applying Modroc, getting messy with the plaster, painting and finally gilding, it was immersive joy from start to finish. Thank you Jo, I'm going for the big hare next, can't wait!"

"Wow, what can I say. a fabulous venue, brilliant tutorlage, such a fun few days. Please don't be frightened to have a go, this is my 2nd time and I'm keen to go on the waiting list for my third. I loved every minute of it. Jo is professional, friendly and most of all so very patient. A great fun course to do, whatever you decide to make. ENJOY I certainly did. "I attended the one day Hare sculpture workshop. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Jo explained the process step by step and guided us through each stage, as well as keeping us supplied with tea and coffee. Small friendly group of people, lovely atmosphere, wonderful well equipped studio in a magnificent garden. I was very pleased with my completed sculpture. I had a great day and would highly recommend! I am very much looking forward to attending the mosaic workshop. "

"With a love of all things ‘hare’ this seemed the perfect course for me! Jo’s communication from booking until the wave from her drive was second to none. Both Jo and Andy are the warmest, most welcome people. I went with a friend, but you could easily book in on your own and enjoy the day just as much. Examples and explanation throughout the day fantastic and… what I loved about Jo was that she shared everything she knew re. Resources etc, nothing was a secret and if you wanted to have a go at home you left with enough info. to purchase resources yourself ( or be lazy like me and bought one of Jo’s kits). Wonderful day, beautiful surroundings, lovely people :) "

"Loved the day completely, Jo explained every stage clearly and helped us with suggestions along the way having such a lot of experience. I couldn't believe how in one day, what started as wire could be transformed into such a beautiful hare (you can choose different poses). The process was relaxed and not hurried with lots of chatting between us, giving a lovely atmosphere. The preparation of all materials was pre-prepared for us and so we could get started asap. The location is amazing with many other artworks dotted around a beautiful garden. I would definitely recommend this course to all, even those who don't usually do crafting as you will end the day taking home a piece you can be proud of."

"This was a fabulous two day course. I had done one of Jo's hare kits at home, which is how I found out about her course. I did a 4 ft crane in the two days, and the rust / copper finish that Jo enabled me to achieve is fantastic. She is a great tutor, someone who shows you but does not do it for you which is always such a relief for me! The studio is exceptionally well equipped, Jo and Andy were very welcoming and the house and garden surroundings are beautiful, I would really recommend this course."

"I was lucky to get a space on a 2 Day Workshop with Jo to work on a large dog sculpture. The result was just simply amazing and I am so pleased and proud of my sculpture. Work is great fun under Jo's watchful eye who will help and advise in such a lovely manner making one feel very empowered. Warning, the experience is addictive, this was my second workshop and I have a booking for next year to attend with my husband and am waitlisted for another one this year! I thoroughly and wholeheartedly recommend Jo and her classes. This an experience everybody who likes to be creative or wants to be should experience. Go and book, you will not be disappointed! "

"Really fantastic day with Jo and Andy. Wasn’t sure how well I’d get on with making my hare but with Jo’s patient guidance and clear explanation, I ended up with a sculpture I’m really proud of! Jo doesn’t stint on materials and generously provided a little touch-up kit to bring home, which was fab. I’d thoroughly recommend the course and am planning on coming back with other friends soon! "Jo is amazing tutor (and I say that as an ex trainer myself!!). She is warm, friendly, informative and helpful. The studio is bright and airy and set in her lovely garden. She really does think of everything - even take home packs with information so you don't need to worry about taking notes on the day and can concentrate on 'hands-on' enjoyment. I had no experience of this craft and did not expect to achieve much - mainly booked for the fun and interest - but came away with a lovely hare that I am very proud of (and surprised by!). Lots of help and refreshments during the day and even two lovely cuddly dogs if you feel inclined to fuss furry friends! We can't wait to go back and take friends and family to future courses. "

"I have, over the years, had many workshop experiences but never one in the same league as Jo's Hare workshop. Every detail was perfect from the greeting we had on arriving to the regular drinks/chocolate offered throughout the day. The patience , artistry, and skills of Jo (and hubby Andy!) were evident on every single part of the process being meticulously explained and then shown - and she also gave "Paul Hollywood" hugs (so much nicer than a handshake!) I am so proud of my 'comical' hare which is sitting proudly in the front bay window - a truly brilliant day with great company - txu Jo and Andy"

"Another brilliant two day workshop with Jo. This time making a running hare to join my leaping hare. Jo is such a brilliant tutor and makes everyone feel relaxed from the moment they arrive. Working on a sculpture is so therapeutic in such a calm environment. Not forgetting Andy (Jo's husband) who makes the armatures from which the sculptures are formed and take on a life of their own. I would highly recommend either the one or two day courses as no previous experience is necessary. Thank you Jo!"
