"Had a lovely day at Mayfly Mosaics. Caron was really friendly and helpful, making some great suggestions for my project. Although I couldn’t actually finish the mosaic due to having to wait 24 hrs for the tiles to set in place before grouting can begin, Caron showed me on another piece the grouting method and gave me all the grout and tools I required to finish off my project at home. A lovely day, thank you Caron"

My partner was thrilled with the item he hand turned and came away with. George's wife was so hospitable too, she invited me to her beautiful garden while I waited and provided us all with tea and brownies half way through. Can't fault anything, would highly recommend! "I was bought the 2 day woodcarving course at Snowshill Manor as a gift and enjoyed a fabulous couple of days with Geraint and the other woodcarving newbies! The setting & weather were perfect. Geraint’s skill and experience shone through in his friendly and super supportive approach, whilst helping us to keep on track so we completed our chosen piece within the 2 days. I’m delighted with my ram’s head and grateful for Geraint’s patience! Would love to do another course."

A lovely place to be and Simon looked after me and taught so well as I took my first steps on the lathe. Excellent instruction and then notes to follow up as well. The garden to be in (it was a nice day) was also lovely in the gaps between sessions."
