This workshop will focus on creating dramatic colour and light. It will be suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced as there will be something for everyone to learn. We will be using a limited palette of bright pigments and Catherine will show you how to prepare a still life set up, plan and mix your palette, then work systematically to create a vibrant painting.
What to bring:
Objects for a still life; For example: jugs, bottles, fruit, bowls. Ideally a mix of colours & shapes, but try to keep them fairly straightforward.
A selection of oil brushes. Jacksonsart.com do a great selection, ideally Filbert shape in a variety of sizes.
A portable or table top easel if you would like to use your own or we have several here which you can use.

We will only cancel due to insufficient places sold and you will be refunded the full amount paid.
