Mindful Embroidery for beginners is the perfect workshop to make time for you, get away from electronics and the tv, and an opportunity to free your mind and try something different and relaxing.
Embroidery is perhaps considered a little more creative and modern than knitting, but just like knitting it has stood the test of time. It’s something you can pop in your bag and do as and when you have a spare minute.
You don’t need to be experienced at sewing, it doesn’t have to be perfect, it’s about having a go and seeing what happens. You can make it as creative or as simple as you like. We will have templates to get you started, and will guide you throughout the class.
We will teach you the basic stitches and bring an abundance of coloured thread and buttons as well as fabric and felt to help get you get creating. This is the perfect mindful activity to help you relax and switch off from a busy day. It will be the best self help technique you will take up at the start of 2021

Terrible service. Emails not answered. No contact phone number. Tried to cancel due to illness but was told no cancellations after 4 weeks... I only booked 3 weeks before! I was allowed to carry my money to another course but this was wrong because the course i had originally booked onto was cancelled anyway! I tried contacting to get my money back but as usual no reply!
This is no way to run an organisation. Disgusted, disgruntled never to be again customer. Bet I lose my £36.00
