You and your hens will each make a beautiful fine silver pendant from silver clay - the perfect craft workshop for a hen do, birthday, corporate event or group celebration. This silver clay workshop is ideal for beginners, and you'll get the chance to experiment with clay and make a beautiful solid silver pendant. *Please note there is a minimum of 4 people or £260 for private classes* Guided by artist Rebecca Lucy, this is your chance to escape from the outside world and get creative in a relaxed and friendly environment. Make a beautiful momento for all the bride and her hens to cherish forever! I can host the workshop in Bristol at Creative Space Studio on North Street (subject to availability), or even travel to you if you are staying in a house for your hen do (there may be additional costs for venue hire and/ or travel if required). During the course of the workshop you'll learn how to make a beautiful piece of silver jewellery. The workshop is relaxed and friendly and lasts approx 2 hours depending on numbers. Over the course of the workshop you'll learn: *An introduction to silver clay and it's properties *Adding pattern and texture *Making shapes using cutters *How to fire and finish your magical creation

Enough to make one or two small pendants *A beautiful handmade gift box *Use of tools and equipment *Workshops are kept small and friendly. By the end of the course you will have produced a beautiful piece of silver jewellery to take home and enjoy.

Maker
Rebecca Lucy is a jewellery designer-maker based in Bristol. She holds a masters degree in Experimental Archaeology, and many of her pieces are inspired by ancient cultures and use traditional techniques. She also has a Foundation Diploma in Fine Art, and a Diploma in Silver Clay Jewellery. She has taught Silver Clay Jewellery workshops in Bristol since 2018, and loves nothing more than bringing like-minded souls together to connect over creativity.
